Kitchen Open Neon Sign II

This is a really nice neon-like sign. I say neon-like, because even though it looks like a neon sign, it is not, but rather is a modern LED equivalent, which in most every way is much better than a true neon sign.This is a well made sign and it looks AMAZING! It will spice-up any kitchen, whether home or commercial. This might sound silly, but the psychology of having this sign in my kitchen is surprising. It simply makes every minute spent there more enjoyable.The sign has several brightness settings, an all are good and bright with deep, true colors. I'd say it's brighter than a real neon sign, or at least comparable.It does require a USB power adapter to power it up, which is not included. But, the good news is: it powers-up turned on. So no worry if you have it controlled by a wall switch or home automation, unlike other neon signs which power up turned-off.One of the coolest things about this sign, it's pure white when turned off, and then when turned on it's in brilliant colour. Not all LED "neon signs" are like this, and I think it's extra cool (See Photos of sign turned on, and then turned off).Note: regarding real neon vs. LED neon, this LED neon is much nicer, and safer. There is no deadly high-voltage (buzzing) transformer involved, and the LED doesn't make much heat, and the LED is not nearly as fragile, plus it contains no hazardous mercury. It's also much more attractive, not having the industrial thick wire frame of a true neon sign. Especially for a home or small commercial kitchen, it just can't be beat, as it's thinner, perfectly quiet, the lighting elements are thinner with more contrast - what's not to love?Bottom line: This is a really nice and cool sign for the season, that is also safe and easy to use.

Looks great in the kitchen and makes cooking a little more fun. Its a nice neon light on a solid transparent background, so its a good bit more durable than if it were just a tube. It comes with a chain with hooks and predrilled holes to set the hooks, so all you need is a nail in the wall to hang it up. It also runs off of a usb connection, so no outlet required if you have a power supply (battery). It has a switch on the cord for on/off and you can also adjust the brightness. Attached pic is lowest brightness since higher was too high to get a good look.

I'm the chef in my house so I do all the holiday cooking too. When I saw this I was like, what a great "Dinner is Ready" sign for when I'm entertaining for family and friends. The colors are bright and I can make the sign brighter or dimmer with the switch on the power cord. To power it you'll need to use your own USB-A charger since one isn't included. The sign also didn't come with any hanging hardware so I had to provide my own.Other than the missing hanging hardware I love the sign and with that long six foot power cable I can put the sign just about anywhere within reach of a wall outlet.

Not a whole lot to say, it's a simple led neon style sign. I put it in my kitchen as a nightlight that won't hurt my eyes when I get up for a midnight snack, and adds a good ambience to my living room around the corner. Looks good beside my tea cubby.The colors are solid and don't hurt to look at, mix well with each other for a warm orange glow at a distance. The dimmer works very well, personally I have it set to the lowest in the pictures but it does get quite bright if you need it to.Simple USB plug, no noise that I can hear over the fridge and comes with a chain and two sticky hooks that are holding up well after a few days.I have no complaints. I'm happy with it.

This was nice for the price. Pretty bright lighting on the highest level it would go.
